HOUSE IN NOVI SLANKAMEN

A spacious country house in Novi Slankamen, on the main street. The house itself has 113 square meters - two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room and dining room.

The yard is 30 acres and is divided into three parts - the first yard, the second yard and the garden. In the yard there is also an additional toilet, fully equipped with a wet toilet.

If the tenants would like the owners to come occasionally and help them with the maintenance of the country yard and heating, the price would be slightly higher depending on how much engagement the owners would have and how often they should come.
